As far as home inspectors go Joey with Daily Bread Inspections is the absolute very best choice. Choosing anyone else would be a risky move. Professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. It’s one thing to know to details, it’s an entirely different when the home inspector can translate the information for everyone to understand and Joey does that in great detail. Joey at Daily Bread Inspections is phenomenal. He's the perfect balance of professional and personal. The level of detail in our inspection was something we have never seen in our 15 years of buying and selling properties in 4 states. Using drone technology, he was able to access parts of a very steep roof to complete the inspection instead of just saying it was not accessible. For our inspection report, we received an interactive report with photos and video of all the items. The report also included educational standards material to help us understand what items should look like or how they should function. Being from out of town, that was incredibly helpful in making decisions about the home. We could not recommend Daily Bread Inspections high enough!

I am grateful to have picked Daily Bread for my home inspection. I was from out of state and contacted Joey, frankly from his website. It was so transparent.

Joey inspected our new home. He was so through. Even my lawyer commented that his inspection report was the most encompassing he has ever read. Joey came back to ensure that he fully inspected the electrical systems that the sellers had inadvertently obstructed.
