I’m Joey Almazan, and I started Daily Bread Inspections because I saw a gap. My background in ministry taught me that helping people through life’s big decisions matters. My mom’s work in real estate showed me how stressful and overwhelming the home buying process can be. I realized I could combine those two worlds into something meaningful.
The name “Daily Bread” comes from the Lord’s Prayer. “Give us this day our daily bread” represents God’s provision and faithfulness. We built that into our mission: to provide trustworthy, thorough inspections that give you peace of mind when you need it most. Every inspection is done with the same care and integrity we’d want for our own families.
I’ve spent years in construction, building sheds, mini barns, and learning how structures work from the ground up. That hands-on experience combined with a genuine desire to help means you’re not just getting an inspection. You’re getting someone who truly cares about your investment and wants you to move forward with confidence.

Adam Dewart is a professional home inspector with Daily Bread Inspections, bringing hands-on construction experience to every inspection. Prior to becoming an inspector, Adam worked in residential contracting, including home renovations and property flipping, giving him practical insight into how homes are built, repaired, and sometimes cut corners.
Adam also has experience working as an electrician, which allows him to take a deeper, more informed look at electrical systems beyond a surface-level check. He combines this technical background with a thorough, detail-oriented inspection style and takes the time to explain his findings in a clear, straightforward way.
